 Almost any shape watermelon will work for this project. 1. Cut a thin slice from the bottom to provide a stable base. 2. Draw the outlines for the carriage and use a decorating tool or knife to cut the fancy edges of the carriage as shown in Figure 1. Figure 1. 3. Use a sharp knife to cut out the section to be used for the handle. Cut all the way through the rind as shown in Figure 2. Figure 2. 4. Hollow the carriage and attach the handle with toothpicks. 5. Attach wheels made from orange slices and hubcaps made from strawberries or cherries as shown in Figure 3. Figure 3. 6. Fill the carriage with approx. 4 cups of fruit salad. | |

1. On top of the radish make 8 small wedges towards the center in the form of a star.
